If you have given consent to be entered into the Arthritis Audit patient study you are able to enter some of your data yourself online. To register to do this please click on the link below.

If you received an email from the Arthritis Audit team regarding your Baseline, 3, 6, 9 or 12 month follow up, you should find your Case ID number within that email. If you have been invited to set up an account by the rheumatology team at the hospital you had your treatment at, they will be able to provide you with the details you need.

If you are unsure on anything, please do not hesitate to contact the rheumatology team at the hospital you had your treatment at, or the Arthritis Audit team at audit@rheumatology.org.uk.

The British Society for Rheumatology would like to extend their gratitude to all patients who contribute to the National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit. Your participation and contribution of PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) data is essential in improving our understanding of rheumatology care. Please know that your contribution is making a difference. Thank you.
