Type in your username/email address you used to register on the NEIAA Patient Portal. Click 'Email reset password link'.
When you receive the email, click the link and follow the on screen instructions to set your password.
Please note that the Password Reset Email is time dependent and must be completed within 20 minutes of being received or the link will become invalid.
Go back to the login screen and log in with your username and password.
